1. Before you order

A customer account is required to order: create one in a few moments or sign in. On each product page, check the seller (“Sold by”), the features, the price including all taxes in CFA francs, the delivery costs and lead time and, where applicable, the commercial warranty. See Seller information.

2. Order in 5 steps

1. Find your product. Browse the categories in the menu or use the search bar, then open the product page.
2. Add it to your cart. Choose the quantity, then click “Add to cart”. You can continue shopping or place your order.
3. Check your address. Sign in, then check or add your delivery address.
4. Choose your delivery. Standard delivery starts at 1,000 CFA incl. tax and takes 1 to 3 days; depending on the product, free in-store pickup is offered. The exact amount is shown before payment.
5. Pay and confirm. Choose your payment method, tick the acceptance of the general terms of sale, then click “Order”.

Before confirming, you can review the details of your order, correct your information or abandon your order.

3. Pay

Mobile Money, bank card or bank transfer: Mobile Money, bank card, bank transfer. The security rules are described on the page Payment and security.

4. After your order

• You promptly receive an acknowledgment of receipt with the invoice or proof of payment.
• You can follow your order from your account (Order tracking).
• As long as the order has not been shipped, you can request its modification or cancellation.
• If a product is unavailable, you are informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date and fully refunded.

5. Your rights

• Withdrawal : 15 working days after receipt (professional seller). See Returns and refunds.
• Delivery : within the announced times; in case of delay, you can cancel and be refunded. See Delivery.
• Legal guarantees : conformity, hidden defects, eviction. See Warranties and defective products.
