Delivery
Delivery times
Standard delivery: 1 to 3 days after confirmation of your order. The exact time depends on your address and the availability of the product at the seller; the announced delivery date is shown to you before you confirm your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. In all cases, the order is delivered within a maximum of 30 working days from the day after the contract is concluded, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery costs
Standard delivery (Bénin Digital): from 1,000 CFA incl. tax, depending on the amount of your order and your address. The exact costs are always shown in your cart before you confirm the order. Some offers may include free delivery; it is then indicated on the product page or in your cart. For products shipped by a seller, costs and times may vary: they are indicated before you confirm the order.
In-store pickup
For some products, you can choose free in-store pickup (“Click and collect”) when ordering, where this option is offered.

Order tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you receive a confirmation email with the invoice or proof of payment. You can follow its status at any time from the “Orders” section of your account.
If a product is unavailable
If an ordered product is unavailable, we inform you without delay and at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date, and we refund you in full for the amounts paid.
Seller's responsibility
Sellers are responsible for shipping products within the announced times. In case of delay, or a missing or damaged product, contact our customer service at contact@koutonou.com or on +229 01 98 71 34 34: we step in with the seller to find a solution. If your order is not delivered within the planned time, you can request its cancellation by simple written notification and be refunded within a maximum of 30 working days.
