• Bank transfer : your order is processed as soon as the transfer is received.

The available methods are shown at the “Payment” step of your order. All transactions are made in CFA francs (FCFA). The prices displayed include all taxes.

Secure payment

• Payment by Mobile Money or card is made on a secure payment page: Koutonou.com neither sees nor keeps your secret code or your card data.
• Your order is only processed after payment is confirmed. You then receive an acknowledgment of receipt with the invoice or proof of payment.
