1. Before you start

Read the Seller terms and conditions, which form the contract between Koutonou.com and you. Prepare the information requested at registration: identity of the manager, shop name, contact details and payout method; for a professional seller, the company name, legal form, RCCM number (or entrepreneur status) and IFU number. 2. The steps

1. Sign up from the page Seller registration and accept the Seller terms and conditions.
2. Have your shop validated : our team checks your information before activating it.
3. Put your products online with complete and accurate listings (see Selling tips).
4. Receive your orders and process them within the announced time.
5. Ship : see Shipping and logistics.
6. Get paid : see Payments and payouts.
7. Handle returns and complaints : see the Selling rules.

3. What you remain responsible for

Your offers and their accuracy, your products, their shipping, your legal and tax obligations (registration, IFU, taxes) and respect for buyers' rights. Koutonou.com collects payments, tracks orders and receives complaints.
