Using Koutonou.com

• Koutonou.com is a marketplace operated by Bénin-Digital (Cotonou) that connects independent sellers and buyers.
• Access is free; ordering or selling requires an account. Under-18s go through the account of a parent or guardian.
• You keep your password confidential and provide accurate information. An account may only be suspended in case of fraudulent use or use contrary to the terms, with written notification and the possibility to challenge.
• The content and reviews you publish must be lawful; the platform's content may not be copied or extracted automatically.

Buying

• Prices: in CFA francs, including all taxes; delivery costs are shown before confirmation.
• Order: you can review and correct before confirming; you receive an acknowledgment of receipt with the invoice or proof of payment. As long as the order has not been shipped, you can request its modification or cancellation.
• Payment: Mobile Money, bank card or bank transfer. The order is confirmed after payment is collected.
• Delivery: from 1,000 CFA, in 1 to 3 days; 30 working days at most. If the order is not delivered on time, you can cancel it and be refunded.

Your rights

• Withdrawal: 15 working days after receipt, without justification (professional seller), with the exceptions provided by law. Refund within 30 working days.
• Legal guarantees: conformity (defects appearing within 24 months are presumed to have existed at delivery), hidden defects and eviction. See Warranties and defective products.

• The sales contract is concluded between you and the seller; Koutonou.com acts as an intermediary, collects payments and handles your complaints with the seller.
