1. How it works

1. Choose transfer at the payment step.
2. Make the transfer : the bank details are shown to you at the end of the order.
3. Enter your order number in the transfer reference.
4. Your order is processed once the transfer is received.

2. Before paying

• The transfer amount must be that of the order, in CFA francs, including all taxes.
• Your order is only processed after the transfer has actually been received.

3. If the payment does not go through

• If you forgot the order number in the reference, write to us with the proof of transfer.
• For any question about a transfer in progress, write to us with your order number.

4. Refund

In case of a refund (withdrawal, cancellation, undelivered product), it is made at no cost to you, by the same payment method as your order, unless you expressly agree otherwise. The times are indicated on the page Returns and refunds.

5. Security
