1. How it works

1. Place your order : add your products to the cart then confirm your order.
2. Choose bank card at the payment step.
3. Enter your details on the secure payment page, then confirm.
4. Your order is confirmed and you receive the acknowledgment of receipt with the invoice or proof of payment.

2. Before paying

• Have your card and its details at hand; your bank may ask you for additional validation.
• The amount to pay, in CFA francs, including all taxes, is shown before confirmation.

3. If the payment does not go through

• Check the details entered and your card limits, then try again.
• If you have been charged without an order confirmation, do not pay a second time and write to us with your order number.

4. Refund

In case of a refund (withdrawal, cancellation, undelivered product), it is made at no cost to you, by the same payment method as your order, unless you expressly agree otherwise. The times are indicated on the page Returns and refunds.

5. Security
