Last updated: October 29, 2026.
1. How the buyer pays
The buyer pays on the platform by Mobile Money, bank card or bank transfer. Koutonou.com collects the price on your behalf: the buyer's payment counts as payment to the seller.
2. When are you paid?
The amounts are paid to you once delivery is confirmed or the withdrawal period has elapsed, according to the payout schedule in force, which will be published on this page.
3. What is deducted
- the Koutonou.com commission (see Fees and commissions) ;
- refunds made to buyers;
- amounts you may owe to Koutonou.com.
4. Receiving your payouts
Payouts are made to the payout method (Mobile Money or bank account) provided at registration. Let us know of any change.
5. Holds and suspensions
Koutonou.com may suspend a payout in case of an ongoing complaint, suspected fraud or a request from the authorities, stating the reason.
6. Invoices and taxes
You issue your invoices or proofs of sale and you are responsible for your taxes and duties (IFU, VAT where you are liable). See the Seller terms and conditions.
