The commitments of sellers, in brief.

1. Your commitments
This summary refers to the articles of the Seller terms and conditions, which alone are authoritative.
- Accurate information about you and your offers, in French (articles 3 and 6);
- Prices including all taxes, in FCFA, honored at the time of the order (article 7);
- Shipping within the announced times, at the latest 30 working days (article 8);
- Returns and warranties : 15 working days' withdrawal and legal guarantees (article 9);
- Replies to buyers within 48 working hours (article 10);
- Legal and tax obligations : RCCM, IFU, taxes (article 12);
- Buyers' data used only for the order (article 13).
2. What is prohibited
- selling prohibited, dangerous, counterfeit or non-conforming products (article 5);
- deceiving the buyer, publishing fake reviews, impersonating an identity (article 15);
- encouraging payment or contracting outside the platform (articles 8 and 15);
- using a buyer's data for purposes other than their order (article 13).
3. In case of breach
Koutonou.com may remove an offer, suspend a payout, suspend or terminate a shop. Any measure is notified in writing with its reasons, and the seller can challenge it (article 16).
